Next Steps Intent to Enroll Station

9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. in Clark Hall

Visit the Next Steps station and “say yes” on the spot by completing the Intent to Enroll process. Connect with the teams in Admissions, Financial Aid, University Housing, and New Student and Family Programs. Students will also complete a symbolic signing, receive a FREE gift of custom SJSU Jibbitz, and enter a raffle for custom SJSU Crocs!

Gender Equity Center

Come learn about our services and educational opportunities! We host a variety of workshops, podcasts, and events about the many aspects of gender. You'll get to meet the staff of the center and learn about how you can connect with us!

Educational Opportunity Program (EOP)

9:45 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. in the EOP Lounge in Clark Hall (CL 117)

EOP invites limited-income and first-generation college students who applied to our program to visit the EOP Lounge to learn more about our programs and services, which include Summer Bridge, Transfer Connect, holistic support, advising, peer-mentoring, and community building. Applicants will have the opportunity to meet and greet current EOP students and staff, and get their questions about our program, services, and benefits answered.

Guardian Scholars Program (GSP)

9:00 am - 12:00 pm. in the Guardians Scholars Lounge in Clark Hall (CL 128)

The Guardian Scholars Program (GSP) at San José State University supports students who have experienced Foster Care; students who have a legal guardian or are a dependent/ward of the court; students who have been unhoused or have current housing challenges and are Independent as determined by Financial Aid.

We provide a network of integrated support and resources that focus on academic, career, and lifelong personal development. GSP is open to all independent students including transfer students, undergraduate and graduate students. We look forward to meeting future scholars!
