Spring Applicaton Still Available
We are still accepting housing applications from new applicants for the 2025 spring term.
To apply, please complete the following:
- Pay the non-refundable $50 Application Fee
- Complete the Online Application found at the Housing Application Portal
- Be sure to hit the submit button on the last page of the application!
- Sign the License Agreement
- Pay the $300 Initial Housing Payment
Applications are not considered complete and eligible to be assigned a housing space, until all steps above are completed.

Current License Terms
NEW - Information on Spartan Village on the Paseo
Current Housing residents can now apply to live at Spartan Village on the Paseo for the fall. New applicants must wait until the new student application opens in early March.
All residents will be required to choose one of three new meal plan options for Spartan Village on the Paseo. View room rates and meal plans.

Live at the International House
Have you considered living in on-campus housing at the International House? The International House (I-House) is home to U.S. and international students who are freshman through graduate students. As an SJSU housing option, the I-House community provides a diverse and welcoming intercultural living environment.
The application process for the I-House for the 2025-2026 Academic Year is still being finalized. Please check our website for updates. Information about how to apply will be posted on our website as well.
