Lower Division Advising

Lower division students (those with 0-59 completed units) can visit the new Undergraduate Advising Hub at the Student Services Center, located inside the North Parking Garage.

Lower division students can get support in the following ways:

• Service #1: Transaction Requests
  • Need to complete a quick transaction? Access our form here: Transaction Requests to submit your request.
  • This form is not to meet with an advisor.
  • Transaction Options Include:
    
    • Declare the Business Minor
    • BUS2 190 Enrollment Support

• Service #2: Advising Appointments
  • Appointments are 30 minute sessions scheduled via Spartan Connect (In-person and Zoom).
  • For help with scheduling, review our How to Schedule an Appointment Guide [pdf].
    • Appointments can only be scheduled two weeks in advance.

• Service #3: Drop-in Advising
  • Lower division advisors are not currently holding drop-in advising hours. Advising is currently by appointment only.
  • Please email your assigned advisor if you have questions.

*Students interested in changing their major to Business or adding the Business minor must visit the Undergraduate Advising Hub front desk or call 408-924-2434 to schedule an appointment.

Students seeking disqualification and/or reinstatement advising support should email their assigned advisor to schedule an appointment.
