My main research interests are the modeling and numerical simulation of real-world problems using partial differential equations. Applications come from many different fields including Computer Vision, Semiconductors, and Game Theory.
One major application is improved understanding of thin-film semiconductor devices. I am currently working on a Department of Energy project on II-VI semiconductor materials joint with industrial collaborators and an interdisciplinary team at Arizona State University.
