The Associate Dean for Academics is responsible for leading initiatives that support
student success, and managing enrollment management, course scheduling, student advising,
curriculum development, program development and review, and program assessment.
The Associate Dean for Research is responsible for enhancing the research, scholarship,
and creative activities in the college. The Associate Dean for Research and Faculty
Success also supports departments in the hiring, retention, promotion, and evaluation
of faculty.
The Director for Resources and Operations (DRO) works under the general direction
of the Dean in the College of Social Sciences functioning with autonomy and oversight
of the college and department budgets, personnel, and operations.
